What metals do you work with?

Only 18-karat gold (yellow, white, or rose) and platinum.

What stones do you use?

Natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and fine coloured gemstones. We hand-select every stone for perfect harmony in colour and clarity. All our stones are certified by GIA, IGI and worlds best laboratories.

Are stones certified?

Yes. Diamonds are IGI or GIA certified. Coloured gemstones are certified by leading, reputable gemological laboratories.

How does the bespoke process work?

Share a reference or describe your idea → get your quote → we create a hand sketch → CAD design → photorealistic render for approval → sourcing stones →final crafting in 18k gold or platinum.

How long does it take?

14–21 days from design approval to delivery, depending on complexity and stone availability.

Can I see the design before it’s made?

Yes. You’ll a lifelike render so you can review every detail before we craft.

What information do you need to start?

Your inspiration (images or description), desired metal/stone, approximate size/budget. We’ll then prepare a personalised quote.

Yes. We ship worldwide via insured DHL or FedEx, in our signature packaging.

Will I pay duties or VAT?

Shipping duties within EU are included in the price. For outside EU shipments import duties/taxes depend on your destination country and are calculated individually. We’ll help with documentation.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is custom-made, returns are not accepted. We’ll work with you on any reasonable adjustments to ensure a perfect result.
